Whether you're a stylist, nail artist, massage therapist, aesthetician, or any creative soul seeking a home for your talents, we have two private suites available for longer-term rentals. These suites provide ample space (120 sq feet each) to cultivate your craft in comfort.

Community Art Room

Our community art room (528 sq feet) offers endless possibilities for artistic expression. Available for temporary or daily short-term rentals, this versatile space is ideal for art classes, yoga sessions, workshops, and even tarot readings.

 

Rental rate full day: starting at $100/per day 

Rental rate class/event less than 2 hours: 30% of total ticket sales, minimum $25. Non-refundable deposit of $25 per day/event is required to secure your booking. Rentals will have access to the space 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes following the event for setup/cleanup.
